Takiwaatanga & Puaawai Athletics Fun Day

Wednesday 12 November

11:30 - 1pm

Kia Ora Whaanau/Caregivers,

We will be having our athletics fun day next week on Wednesday. This is an opportunity for you to see the run, jump & throw skills that we have been developing for the traditional athletics events: High jump, Long jump, Discus, Shot put and sprints/relays.

Your tamaiti/tamariki would love to share this experience with you all! So nau mai, haere mai!

Tamariki will rotate around events in their age groups: 5 years, 6 years and 7 years. Whaanau are welcome to participate alongside your tamaiti/tamariki too!

Tamariki can wear their house colours on this day.

We will be having a juicy treat at the end of the event as well - there is no cost for this.

This is the last event we will be having as a Hub this year so we hope you can make it! You’re welcome to take your tamaiti/tamariki home afterwards too.
